Batch Processing .CSV Template

The attached .CSV file allows users to upload multiple Gather requests at once.

Important

Do not make any edits to the CSV template. 

Notes for this template:

• Client ID cell form must be "text" to capture the true text.
• The Client ID in the .CSV file must match the corresponding Client ID in the PDF file name.
• Mobile numbers should be only digits, no dashes, parentheses, etc. 
• Country codes should be only digits, no symbols, parentheses, etc. 
• To prevent Excel from truncating Client IDs, see our Leading Zeros in CSV Template article.
• There is a size limit of 1 GB for the ZIP file.
