The attached .CSV file allows users to upload multiple Gather requests at once.
Important
Do not make any edits to the CSV template.
Notes for this template:
- Client ID cell form must be "text" to capture the true text.
- The Client ID in the .CSV file must match the corresponding Client ID in the PDF file name.
- Mobile numbers should be only digits, no dashes, parentheses, etc.
- Country codes should be only digits, no symbols, parentheses, etc.
- To prevent Excel from truncating Client IDs, see our Leading Zeros in CSV Template article.
- There is a size limit of 1 GB for the ZIP file.
