Delivered and Archived Gather Statuses

After a Gather request is delivered to a client, it moves to the Delivered page. Its status is shown in three different columns; Signature Status, Organizer Status, and Source Document Status. 

When a user archives a Gather request, it moves to the Archived page, but the statuses are identical to the Delivered page. See the entries below for more information.

When the status is blue, it is clickable. When clicked, a pop-up box appears with additional details. 

Signature Status

Status	Description
Awaiting Signature	A Gather request was delivered to the client with an engagement letter, but no signers have completed the signature process.
Reviewed	Gather request was delivered to the client with an engagement letter and the signer has reviewed the document.
Partially Signed	A Gather request was delivered to a married filing jointly client with an engagement letter and one spouse has signed, but the other has not.
E-Signed	A Gather request was delivered to the client with an engagement letter, and all signers completed the signature process.
Downloaded	A Gather request was delivered to the client with an engagement letter, all signers completed the signature process, and a firm user downloaded the signed forms.
Manually Signed	A Gather request was delivered to the client with an engagement letter, but the signer(s) signed the documents outside of SafeSend. The firm changed the status of the document to Manually Signed.
Partially Reviewed	A married filing joint Gather request was delivered to the clients with an engagement letter and one signer has reviewed the document.
N/A	A Gather request was delivered to the client without an engagement letter.

Custom Question (CQ) Status 

Status	Description
Awaiting Completion	A Gather request was delivered to the client with custom questions, but the client has not completed the questionnaire.
Partially Filled	A Gather request was delivered to the client with custom questions, and they have answered some questions, but have not marked the questionnaire as complete.
Questionnaire Completed	A Gather request was delivered to the client with custom questions, and they have marked the questionnaire as complete.
Downloaded	A Gather request was delivered to the client with custom questions, the client has marked the questionnaire as complete, and a firm user downloaded the filled forms.
N/A	A Gather request was delivered to the client without custom questions.

Organizer Status

Status	Description
Delivered	An organizer and/or Custom Questions template was delivered to the client but has not been filled out yet.
Partially Completed	An organizer and/or Custom Questions template was delivered to the client and they have begun to fill it out, but are not finished yet.
Questionnaire Completed	A Gather request was delivered to the client with a Custom Questions template, they have completed the Custom Questions and have begun to fill out the organizer (if applicable), but are not finished yet.
Completed	An organizer and/or Custom Questions template was delivered to the client, they have completed all included steps and marked it as complete.
Downloaded	A firm user has downloaded the completed organizer and/or Custom Questions.
Dropped	The Gather request could not be delivered to one or both recipients.
Manually Completed	An organizer and/or Custom Questions template was delivered to the client, but the client completed the included steps outside of Gather. The firm changed the status of the document to Manually Signed.
Closed By Firm	The Gahter request was closed by the firm. The taxpayer can no longer access the organizer.
N/A	A Gather request was sent to the client without a fillable organizer.

Source Document Status

Status	Description
Awaiting Upload	The client has not uploaded documents to their Gather request yet.
Uploaded	The client has uploaded documents to their Gather request, but they have not clicked Complete.
Downloaded	The client uploaded documents to their Gather request, and someone at the firm downloaded them. If new documents are uploaded, the status will change back to Uploaded.
Finished	The client uploaded documents to their Gather request and they clicked Complete. The client can continue to upload until the request is Closed by Firm.
